Payment
Payment for walks, adventures, day care and pop-ins is due no later than the Friday immediately following the service. Payment, wherever possible, should be made via Online Banking. Please contact for details.
Cancellation Policy
Dog Walking and Day Care – Full payment will be required by BACS if you cancel your booking within 24 hours of its start time.
Home Boarding – A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. Your booking cannot be confirmed without payment of the deposit. If you cancel your booking within 7 days of its start date, full payment will be required by BACS.
